Day 1: Cutting down changes + revisions through your client process

October 27, 2017

Today is all about how you can cut down changes and revisions through your client process. So by this I’m referring to pieces of your project like onboarding and communicating with clients in general.

It’s easy for us to expect our clients to just know how things work. After all, we understand it all, they should too!

That would be nice, but it’s not the case. To most clients, your design process is going to be completely foreign so it’s important that you give them as much education and guidance as you can. Doing this will cut down on misunderstandings and them doing things that you didn’t expect them to do.

Let’s go over my favorite tips to get your clients onboard and prepared for how your revision process works! Remember to grab your workbook in the Welcome section so you can follow along and get your action step.

Hey, I'm Krista! I believe that our websites should be our best employees. They should support our passions and work to help our businesses grow. That's why I team up with talented designers to turn Photoshop files into websites and provide practical, easy-to-understand tips, tricks, and processes to help them create websites that support their clients' business goals.
